Best Western Rewards and WorldHotels Rewards will become one loyalty program on January 5, 2027. The combined program will use the WorldHotels Rewards name.

The change follows the October 27 announcement that BWH Hotels, Best Western's parent company, is rebranding as WorldHotels.

According to Upgraded Points, existing points will retain their value and will not expire. Member rates, status matching and Pay with Points will also carry over.

The new program will have three tiers, compared with Best Western Rewards' current five. Members will keep their current elite status tiers during the transition.

Full program details are due November 16, including earning and redemption rates and elite qualification requirements. Members will learn their new tier on December 14.

Individual hotel brands, including Best Western, SureStay and Aiden, will keep their names. A redesigned app and full website integration are scheduled for January 5.
