Get help with a subscription renewal payment

Open My Purchases, then Subscriptions, and find the affected product or monthly donation. Check its status before trying to subscribe again.

Tell a renewal problem from an unfinished first payment

Payment Failed or Unpaid points to a payment issue with the subscription. Read any accompanying notice, including a request to update your payment method.

Incomplete means the first payment has not finished. Product access starts after that payment is confirmed. It is not the same as an ordinary cancellation or a successful renewal.

Note the product or creator, amount, date, and payment method shown. These details help you identify the payment without sharing full card information.

Check your saved payment methods

Open Account Settings, then Payment Methods. Check whether the displayed method is still usable. If you need a replacement, choose Add Payment Method and complete the payment form.

Adding or selecting a saved method does not by itself confirm that an overdue subscription payment has been collected. Return to Subscriptions and check the result. If it still shows a problem, contact support about applying the correct method to that subscription and checking the outstanding payment.

If you scheduled a tier change

Check the pending tier and renewal result as well as the payment status. Scheduling a change does not collect a payment or add the new tier's content immediately. Wait for the renewal outcome before assuming the new package is active.

Avoid starting a second payment

Do not create another subscription simply because the first attempt is taking time. If a payment confirmation is still open, follow its instructions and wait for the result. If you already closed it, check the existing subscription before starting another payment.

For a subscription that has ended, use Resubscribe only when it is offered and review any charge today. If you no longer want renewals, use the cancellation action and check its confirmation.
