Choose or change a subscription tier

A product can offer several subscription tiers with different files, videos, prices, and access rules. Choose the content you need first, then decide how long you want each payment to cover.

Compare before subscribing

  1. Open the product and use Choose your plan or Compare plans when several tiers are offered.
  2. Read what is included and whether access continues after the subscription ends.
  3. Choose an available Billing period. Sellers can offer 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
  4. Check the full price for that period. A monthly equivalent helps compare plans, but the full period is billed upfront.
  5. Select Subscribe, review checkout, and complete the payment confirmation.

Your chosen tier and billing period belong to that product. Buying a different product does not add it to this subscription.

Change a tier or billing period

For an eligible active subscription, open its product page. You can also find View tiers beside the subscription in My Purchases > Subscriptions.

Choose the target tier and period, then select Change tier. Read Change at your next renewal?, including the new amount and start date. Select Confirm tier change to schedule it, or Keep current tier to leave it alone.

The change starts at the next renewal. No charge today means you are not paying an immediate upgrade charge or receiving an immediate prorated refund. Your current content remains available for the current paid period. The new tier's access follows a successful renewal payment.

Review or cancel a scheduled change

The product page shows Tier change scheduled or Tier change awaiting confirmation. Check its target tier, amount, and date. Before choosing a different change, use Cancel scheduled change and wait for its confirmation.

Canceling the scheduled change keeps the current subscription. To stop renewals, use Cancel Subscription instead.

If the change action is missing, the subscription may be canceled, have a payment issue, or use an older plan without tier changes. Follow the account message or contact support. Do not buy a second subscription to force the change.

See Find subscription files or Resume or restart.
