Resume or restart a subscription
On this page
If you canceled a product subscription and want updates again, look for Resubscribe in My Purchases, under Subscriptions. The next screen guides you to resume the remaining paid period or choose a new subscription.
Resume before the paid period ends
- Select Resubscribe for the product.
- Check the product name, renewal amount, and next renewal date.
- If the window says there is no additional charge today, read the renewal details and choose Resume Subscription.
- Wait for the success message, then check the subscription entry.
Resuming turns renewals back on. It is not a way to keep the cancellation in place while receiving updates indefinitely.
Restart after the subscription ends
For a tiered product, Resubscribe can take you to the product page instead. Choose an available tier and billing period, review its current price and access rules, and start the new subscription there. Your previous tier or price may no longer be offered.
For an older plan that still opens the resubscription window, it may show a first charge today. Check the price and billing period, select a payment method when required, and confirm with Resubscribe.
Use the current offer shown on the product page or in the window. Do not assume that an old receipt describes the price of a new subscription. A free subscription will say that no payment is required.
After success, return to Subscriptions and open View & Download to check the available files.
If Resubscribe is missing or fails
The product may no longer be available for subscription, or your current subscription may need attention first. If it is already active, you do not need to start another one.
Read the message before retrying. If a payment result is unclear, check the existing entry and contact support before confirming another charge. Monthly creator donations have their own management flow and do not use this product resubscription action.
