Find and manage your monthly creator support

Use Donations to see contributions you have already made and Subscriptions to manage support that continues each month. Both tabs are in My Purchases.

Find a past donation

Open Donations and look for the creator, date, and amount. The entry also shows the donation type, status, and any message you sent.

A completed donation in this history does not tell you whether future monthly charges are still active. Check the matching entry in Subscriptions for that.

Check continuing support

In Subscriptions, find the creator's monthly donation. Review the amount, payment method shown, status, and next billing or end date.

Monthly support is a contribution. It does not provide the View & Download access associated with a product subscription.

Stop future monthly donations

1. Open the action menu on the monthly donation.
2. Select Cancel Donation.
3. Read the date and explanation in Cancel Monthly Donation?.
4. Choose Yes, Cancel Donation to confirm, or Keep Donation to leave it running.
5. Check the updated entry for its ending status or date.

Canceling stops future renewals as described in the confirmation. It does not undo donations already completed.

If the amount is not what you intended, check the existing entry before making another contribution. A new donation is a separate payment, not an edit to the one already running. Ask support if you cannot tell whether recurring support is still active.
