Support a creator with a donation

You can contribute from a creator's page using Support Creator. This is support for the creator, not a purchase of a particular product or a subscription that includes downloads.

Choose what you want to give

1. Open the creator's page and select Support Creator. Sign in if prompted.
2. Enter an amount or choose a suggested amount. Follow any amount guidance shown on the form.
3. Check Monthly support carefully. It may already be selected. Turn it off if you want a single donation.
4. Add a message if you would like the creator to receive one.
5. Decide whether to select Cover fees.
6. Choose your payment method and review the summary.
7. Select the Support button showing the charge you are confirming, then complete any payment confirmation.

Choose Support anonymously if you want the donation displayed without your name. This does not remove the payment from your own purchase history.

Check the total and frequency

For monthly support, the form shows the monthly amount and that the first charge is today. Future recurring support is managed from My Purchases, under Subscriptions.

The summary separates the support amount, estimated processing fees, the creator's estimated receipt, and your total charge. Covering fees changes what you pay. Read the final total rather than assuming it matches the amount you first entered.

After payment

Check My Purchases, under Donations, for the contribution. Monthly support also has a subscription entry for managing future charges.

If the page says the payment went through but is still being recorded, do not pay again. Wait for the receipt and check your account. Contact support if the result remains unclear.
