Set your price, sale price, and refund policy
On this page
Set pricing on the Details step of your product. Choose One-time purchase or Subscription before entering prices, then check Traveler Protection for the refund terms.
Price a one-time product
Enter the regular amount in Price. For a sale, enter the lower amount buyers should pay in Discount Price (optional). For example, a regular price of $20 and a discount price of $15 makes $15 the sale price.
The discount price must be lower than the regular price. Leave it empty if you are not offering a sale. Enter 0 in Price to offer a one-time product for free; do not leave the amount unfinished accidentally.
Price a subscription
A subscription can have different tiers, each with its own content and billing periods. Choose enabled periods and review Billed upfront for the full amount charged, not just a monthly equivalent.
Use Monthly price with discounts or Set each period's full price. New tier prices must be positive. Older products may still show Price per Month and prepayment discounts; use Customize tiers & billing periods to configure tiers. See Create subscription tiers.
Choose the refund policy
For a one-time product, choose Refund Policy under Traveler Protection. The choices are No returns, 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. Read the preview before saving.
No returns means you are not offering a seller-provided return window. It does not prevent every support or payment review.
For a subscription, the optional Offer a money-back guarantee on the first payment control lets you choose a first-payment window. Renewals are excluded. Changes apply to future purchases. Read Subscription first-payment guarantees before offering one.
Check changes to a live product
Use Save & Continue to save Details. Price changes can apply immediately, while refund terms and other reviewed content wait for approval. Existing subscribers keep their contracted price.
After saving, check the public product and any review notice. See Update a published product for how those changes differ.
