Update a published product and understand review changes
On this page
Open My Products, find the listing, and select Edit. You can change the product without creating a second listing or removing the approved version from the marketplace.
Save the part you changed
Use Save & Continue after editing Details. For files, links, or a thank-you message, open Media & Files and select Save Changes.
Check the confirmation after each save. Simply switching pages is not a substitute for saving your changes.
Understand what buyers see
Changes to the title, description, categories, refund policy, and search text require review. Delivery changes, such as replacement files, links, and buyer notes, also need approval before replacing the approved materials.
When you see Your changes are with a moderator, your listing remains on the marketplace. Buyers see the approved version, while the editor shows your submitted changes.
Price changes work differently: they can apply immediately. If you change the price and description together, the new price may be visible before the new description is approved. Review your public listing after saving.
If an edit is not approved
Read Your last changes were not approved and the reason shown. The original approved listing remains live. Make the correction in the editor and save it for review again.
Do not use Unpublish just to submit an edit. That action removes the listing from the marketplace and returns it to your drafts.
Update a tiered subscription
Check tier names, availability, billing periods, access settings, and file assignments together. Existing subscribers keep their contracted price; editing the offer does not automatically move them to another tier. Use the tier preview before submitting a changed package. See Create subscription tiers for those controls.
Take care when replacing files
Describe the new files accurately and check any related instructions. Do not assume that replacing a file changes every previous buyer's download. Existing purchases keep the materials they are entitled to; ask support before promising a replacement or update to a particular buyer.
