Save, duplicate, hide, or remove a product

These actions have different results. Choose the one that matches what you want to do before confirming it.
Save unfinished work
Use Save as Draft while creating a product. You can return to it from My Products > Draft. Saving a draft does not publish it.
For an already published listing, use Save & Continue or Save Changes to edit it. The Media & Files step offers Unpublish as a separate action.
Make a separate copy
Select Duplicate beside a product in My Products. The copy appears as a draft with “(Copy)” in its title.
Review the copied details and photos before using it. Downloadable files and delivery links are not copied, so add those again before publishing. For a subscription copy, check its tier prices and assign the new delivery materials to the intended tiers. The copy is a new listing, not an update to the original purchase.
Hide a live listing
Open the product's Media & Files step, select Unpublish, and read the confirmation. The listing leaves the marketplace and returns to drafts. Publishing it again sends it for review.
Existing buyers do not lose their approved purchased files just because you hide the listing.
Delete or restore a product
Select Delete in My Products and read Delete Product? before choosing Yes, Delete. For a subscription product, the confirmation also explains the effect on subscribers and recurring payments. Deleting is not the same as temporarily hiding a listing.
Deleted listings appear under Deleted. If Restore as Draft is available, it returns an eligible product to editing. Restoration does not publish it or restart canceled subscriptions.
If hiding or deleting is unavailable, read the message. An unresolved refund or payment dispute, or a negative balance, may need attention first. Contact support if you do not understand the restriction.
