Choose which files and videos each tier includes
On this page
Upload a file or add a video link once, then choose which subscription tiers receive it. A higher price does not automatically include everything from a lower-priced tier: set that relationship yourself.
Assign each resource
- Open the product's Media & Files step.
- Upload the file or add the included video link.
- Find Included in beside that resource.
- Select every tier that should receive it.
- Repeat for the other files and links.
A resource can belong to several tiers. Not assigned to a tier yet means you still need to choose where it belongs. Adding a file to the product does not mean every subscriber can download it.
Every tier available to new subscribers needs at least one file or video, either assigned directly or included from another tier. Finish the uploads and resolve file-check messages before submitting.
Include another tier's content
Return to the tier's advanced options on Details. Under Include content from another tier, choose a tier from this same product.
For example, your Trip Planner tier can include the Route Library tier, plus a planning spreadsheet assigned only to Trip Planner. Do not make two tiers include each other. Choose No inherited content when the package should contain only its own assigned resources.
Preview the actual package
In Media & Files, select each tier under Content by tier and review Customer preview. Check the file names, notes, links, price, billing period, and access wording. Make sure the public description promises the same materials.
Save or submit the product using the action offered for its current status. Changes to a published product's delivery content and tier assignments need approval before replacing the approved materials.
Understand access after the paid period
The tier's After the subscription ends setting distinguishes keeping the last paid version from access only while subscribed. Existing subscribers' purchased terms matter when you change an offer. Do not promise a previous buyer every file in the current catalog or assume a price change upgrades their content.
