Add product photos, files, and helpful notes
On this page
Open your product's Media & Files step to prepare its photos and delivery materials. These serve different purposes: photos help someone decide to buy, while files and resource links provide the product itself.
Add clear photos
Upload a featured photo that represents the product accurately. Then add gallery images that show useful details, such as sample pages or a readable preview. Use images you have permission to publish and avoid exposing personal information in screenshots.
The upload area lists accepted image formats and size limits. You can drag gallery images to change their order. Use the remove control beside an image if you chose the wrong one.
Upload the product files
In Files, select an available upload slot and choose the file. Check the size limit displayed there before uploading a large item. Wait for the upload and any file-check message to finish.
Select + Note beside a file to explain what it contains or how to open it. Edit note changes an existing note. A short instruction such as “Start with this PDF, then open the map file” is more helpful than repeating the file name.
Add links and a welcome note
Use Video Links (Optional) for included hosted material. Enter the complete web address and test that it opens the intended content. Add another link creates another entry.
Use Thank-You Message (Optional) for a brief welcome, the best place to start, or an essential usage tip. Buyers can read this message with their purchase.
Assign subscription content
For a tiered subscription, use Included in beside every file or video link to choose its tiers. Select each tier under Content by tier and check Customer preview. An available tier needs at least one file or video, directly or from another tier. See Assign tier content.
Save the complete product
Check that the files and links match the description. Select Publish for a new draft or Save Changes when editing an existing listing. Changes to published delivery materials may need review before buyers see them.
Read Update a published product before replacing files on a live listing.
