Start with a finished idea: what will someone receive, who is it for, and how will they use it? For example, a three-day walking itinerary should explain its destination, format, and what is included before someone buys it.
Complete the product details
- Open My Products and select Add Product.
- Enter a specific Product Title.
- Choose a Product Type that matches what you are selling.
- Write the Product Description. Explain the contents, file formats, and any app or equipment a buyer needs.
- Choose the relevant Location and Categories.
- Choose One-time purchase or Subscription, then set the price and refund terms. For a subscription, configure its tiers and billing periods.
- Select Save & Continue to open Media & Files.
Use Save as Draft if you need to stop before the listing is ready. A saved draft is not a published product.
If you return to Unsaved changes from a previous session, choose Restore to bring those edits back or Discard to leave them out. Check the restored fields, then save the draft before leaving again. The recovery prompt is not a publication confirmation.
Add what buyers will see and receive
Add a featured photo and any useful gallery images. Upload the actual product files or add the delivery links that belong to the purchase. Photos show the product; they do not replace the materials the buyer expects to receive.
You can add a note to each file and a thank-you message with getting-started instructions. Keep those instructions consistent with the public description.
Send it for review
Review both steps, then select Publish on Media & Files. This sends the listing for review. Check Pending Review in My Products to follow it, and read any requested changes if it appears under Rejected.
For help with the second step, read Add product photos, files, and helpful notes.
