Buy as a guest and find your account afterward

You can start a purchase without signing in. Use an email address you can open now, not a temporary address or someone else's inbox. Your account and purchase will be associated with that address.

If you already have an account

Sign in with your existing account before paying. If you enter an email address that already belongs to a TrekGuider account, checkout asks you to sign in to complete the purchase.

A forgotten password does not mean you need another account. Reset your password, then return to checkout and check the order before continuing.

If this is your first purchase

1. Enter your name and email at checkout, and check the address for spelling mistakes.
2. Complete the purchase and keep the order reference from the confirmation page.
3. Look for the TrekGuider password setup email in that inbox.
4. Select Set New Password and choose your password.
5. If the email also includes Verify Your Email Address, complete that step too. Setting a password and verifying your email are separate actions.

You can then sign in with the same email address and open My Purchases. There is no need to buy the product again.

If you cannot find the setup email

Check spam and other filtered folders. If the setup link is no longer usable, use the password reset option with the checkout email address.

If you entered the wrong address or still cannot reach the purchase, contact support with the product name, approximate purchase date, and order reference if you saved it. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or full payment details.
