Buy a digital product on TrekGuider

Before buying, read the product description and check the format, included materials, and refund information. A downloadable guide, a map file, and access to an online resource may need different apps or steps to use.

Place your order

1. Open the product page. For a one-time product, select Add to Cart, or View Cart if it is already added. For a subscription, choose an available tier and billing period, then select Subscribe.
2. Check the items and amount in the cart, then select Place Order.
3. At checkout, enter your full name and email address. Use an inbox you can access, since your purchase messages go there.
4. Check that the purchase is for you. If you are sending it to someone else, use the gift option instead.
5. Apply any promo code, review the final total, and choose an available payment method.
6. Select Complete Purchase and follow any payment confirmation instructions. Wait for the result before trying again.

For a subscription product, review the chosen tier, recurring price, billing period, and access rules before confirming. A tier describes what is included; the billing period describes how often you pay.

An order can contain one-time items and subscription items together. Check each recurring item as well as the charge today. After payment, use Orders for one-time products and Subscriptions for recurring purchases. See Choose or change a subscription tier.

Find what you bought

A successful order shows Your order is confirmed! and an order reference. Keep that reference if you need help. Select View My Purchases to see your order. Download Now may also be offered on the confirmation page.

If the page says payment is still being confirmed, do not place another order to obtain the same files. Check My Purchases and follow the message shown.
