Understand your balances and funds on hold
On this page
Your account can show more than one balance. Read the label beside each amount before deciding whether you can spend it or withdraw it.
Spending balance
This is money available for eligible purchases on TrekGuider. Balance top-ups go here. Added spending funds are not money you can cash out as earnings.
At checkout, use only the balance options offered for that purchase. Some purchases need a payment method even when you have funds in your account.
Available to withdraw
This amount represents eligible earnings you can request to receive through a payout method. Withdrawal still depends on your account status, verification, payout setup, and the conditions shown in the withdrawal form.
Having a spending balance does not mean you have the same amount available to withdraw.
On hold
Held funds are not currently available for withdrawal. The balance section explains sale holds, payment dispute holds, and other pending holds when those apply.
The standard sale-earnings hold is 10 days. Use the duration and Next release date shown in your account for the actual funds you are checking. A dispute hold depends on the case outcome and does not follow that ordinary sale-release schedule.
If an amount is owed back
Refunds or payment disputes can leave an amount owed back. Read the account notice and contact support if you need help understanding it. Do not assume a positive figure elsewhere means the obligation has been cleared.
If the numbers do not match what you expect, tell support which balance label you are looking at and the related transaction. That is more useful than sending only the overall amount.
