Manage your saved payment methods

Saved payment methods help you pay without re-entering the same details each time. Manage them in Account Settings, under Payment Methods.

Payment methods used to make purchases are separate from payout methods used to receive eligible earnings.

Add a payment method

1. Open Account Settings and find Payment Methods.
2. Choose Add Payment Method.
3. Wait for the payment form to load.
4. Enter the details requested by that form.
5. Select Add payment method and complete any confirmation.
6. Check that the new method appears in your saved list.

Use the displayed card or account label and ending digits to recognize the method. Do not send full payment details to support if the form fails.

Choose a default

Select the saved method you want to use as your default preference. Check that the Default label moves to that method. Review active recurring purchases separately before assuming their payment method has changed.

Remove a saved method

Use the removal action beside the method you want to remove. Read the confirmation before choosing Remove payment method. Choose Keep payment method if you do not want to proceed.

If the confirmation describes effects on recurring payments, read those carefully. Removing a saved method is not the same as canceling a subscription or monthly creator support.

If details have changed

Add the replacement method and check the saved list before removing the old one. Review any active recurring purchases separately rather than assuming every existing payment arrangement has changed.

If a payment form stays unavailable, try again after checking your connection. For a repeated failure, contact support with the displayed error and the action you were taking, not the payment details themselves.
