Add or update a payout method

Your payout method is where you receive seller earnings. It is separate from the payment methods you use to buy products.

Start in Account Settings

1. Sign in to your seller account and open Account Settings.
2. Find Payout Methods.
3. Choose the action shown for your account:
   • Set Up Payouts if you have not connected a payout account.
   • Complete Setup if you started but did not finish.
   • Update Information if your verification needs attention.
   • Manage Payouts if payouts are already enabled.
4. Follow the steps on the screen and enter the requested destination details. Complete any identity confirmation in that flow.
5. Return to TrekGuider and check the payout status.

The available destinations depend on what the setup screen offers for your account. Do not assume that every bank account or card can receive every payout speed.

Change the destination before withdrawing

Open Withdraw Funds and look under Payout Destination. Choose Add or change payout method, or Add payout method if none is listed. After finishing, return to the withdrawal form and select the destination you want.

Check the account label and ending digits before confirming. Adding a new destination is not the same as selecting it for a withdrawal.

If the method does not appear

Reopen the withdrawal form after completing setup. If the account still needs attention, follow the message in Payout Methods. If setup reports success but no destination appears, contact support with the message you see. Do not send bank login details or verification codes.

Continue with withdrawing your earnings or checking an unavailable withdrawal.
