Track a payout or get help with a failed withdrawal

A withdrawal request and money arriving in your destination account are different steps. Check the recorded withdrawal before sending a second request.

Find the withdrawal

  1. Open Sales Analytics.
  2. Select Payouts.
  3. Find the request by its date, amount, or status. Use Payout Status or Payout Method filters if needed.
  4. Open the withdrawal reference to view Withdrawal Details.

The details include the status, Date Requested, Processed At, payout method, speed, requested amount, and fees. A blank processing date means the page does not yet show one. It is not confirmation that the money arrived.

Read the status before acting

Pending and Processing mean the request has not reached a completed result. If the status is Failed or Cancelled, the displayed payout amount is not a completed payment.

When there is a Failure Information or Rejection Information section, read it before changing your payout details or trying again. A request needing review may instead show a next step and links to payout settings or support.

If the status is Completed but you cannot find the money, compare the destination and the recorded amount and currency with your account statement. Use the withdrawal's own details rather than an earlier estimate.

Ask support to check the same request

Provide the withdrawal reference, request date, amount, status, and the message you see. Explain whether the destination appears correct. Never include bank login credentials or authentication codes.

For a new request, see withdrawing earnings. For costs or destination changes, see payout timing and fees and payout methods.
