Understand seller fees and your earnings summary

Sales Analytics helps you see what you earned and the fees associated with those earnings. Balance & Payouts answers a different question: how much is available to withdraw now.

Read the sales figures

Open Sales Analytics and choose a date range. Use the same range when comparing totals so a weekly figure is not mistaken for your lifetime earnings.

The summary separates Net Revenue, Product Revenue, and Donations Revenue. In the sales table, look at:

  • Gross Revenue for the amount recorded before the row's fees.
  • Total fees for the fees assigned to that transaction.
  • Net Earnings for the remaining earnings shown on that row.

Refunds or other adjustments can appear as deductions. Check the transaction type and status rather than adding every row as if it were a new sale. Select an order reference when you need to inspect its details.

Why the balance can be different

A revenue total covers the selected reporting period. Your withdrawable balance can also be affected by earlier earnings, previous withdrawals, holds, refunds, or disputes.

If a sale appears in analytics but the money is not available to withdraw, check On hold in Balance & Payouts. The explanation there is more useful than comparing the sale price with your payout amount.

Payout fees are shown when you request a withdrawal. They are separate from fees already included in the sales breakdown, so use the withdrawal summary to check what will reach your destination.

If a figure seems wrong, send support the order reference, reporting dates, and the two amounts you are comparing.
