Pay with your balance at checkout

Checkout shows the balance options available for your purchase. Sign in to the account that holds the funds before reviewing those options.

When your balance covers the purchase

If the purchase is eligible, Wallet balance appears among the payment choices. Select it, review the total, and complete checkout.

A wallet-only payment is not offered for every purchase. A subscription, for example, can still need a payment method for future renewals.

When you use part of your balance

You may see an option to use a displayed amount from your balance and pay the rest with a payment method.

  1. Enable the balance option if you want to use it.
  2. Choose the payment method for the remainder.
  3. Review the amount applied from your balance and the amount still due.
  4. Complete checkout and any payment confirmation.

Use the figures shown in the checkout summary. The form may leave a small amount in your wallet so the remaining payment meets its requirements.

If the balance option is missing

Check that you are signed in to the correct account and have available spending funds. Funds on hold and earnings awaiting withdrawal are not automatically the same as the balance offered for checkout.

Read any explanation beside the payment section. If the order is not eligible for a wallet-only payment, use an available payment method rather than assuming the page has lost your funds.

If payment is pending or the result is unclear, check the order before starting another purchase.
