Track sales and understand your analytics
On this page
Open Sales Analytics from your account menu to review how your products are performing. Start by choosing a time period, since a useful comparison needs a clear date range.
Choose the period and view
Use Time period for a preset such as Last 7 Days or This Month. For specific dates, choose Custom Range and enter From and To.
The tabs separate Sales, Products, Insights, Donations, and Payouts. In Sales, narrow the list with Payment Status, Order Type, or Search products. Clear those filters if an expected entry seems to be missing.
The sales period follows payment dates. Total Orders and average order value count initial paid orders, excluding subscription renewals. Subscription revenue includes first payments and renewals; it is not the same count as initial orders.
Read the amounts
Sales entries distinguish Gross, Total fees, and Net. Gross is not the amount you keep after fees. The summary's Net Revenue reports earnings after the fees included in that calculation.
Use the product and donation summaries to see where revenue came from, then inspect the relevant entries when a total changes. Refunds and other adjustments can make a period's figures different from simply adding original selling prices.
Analytics revenue is not a promise that the same amount is ready to withdraw. Check your balance and payout information for available funds.
Read a donation message
Open the Donations tab in Sales Analytics. On the desktop table, choose Show in the Message column when a message is available. On a phone, a message preview can appear with the donation. Donation messages are notes attached to support payments, not a private chat inbox.
Compare views carefully
The summary labels product and Insight views as recorded since Aug 2026. Those counts do not become “this week's views” when you choose a weekly sales period.
The displayed Product Conversion Rate also has a tooltip explaining its comparison. It uses orders from the selected period against recorded product views covering a longer period. Do not treat it as a measurement of visitors converting within the selected dates alone.
If a figure looks wrong, note the date range, selected filters, product, and order reference before contacting support. Read Understand seller fees and your earnings summary for more about earnings.
