Check your verification status

The current message in your TrekGuider account is the best place to check verification progress. Email confirmation, identity verification, and payout readiness can be at different stages.

Where to look

Open Account Verification for outstanding requests. If there is nothing left to complete there, you may be returned to your dashboard.

In Account Settings, check Payout Methods for a summary of payout setup. It can show that payouts are enabled, setup is still in progress, or information needs attention.

What the messages mean

• Information is being reviewed: your submission is waiting for a result. Check your account and email for the next update.
• An update is requested: open the request and complete the information it names.
• Identity is verified: the ID check has been accepted. A separate payout requirement may still remain.
• Payouts are enabled: your payout setup is active. You still need eligible available earnings to make a withdrawal.

Read any explanation alongside the status. A general success message from an earlier step does not replace a newer request.

How long it can take

The initial information review and photo-ID review are usually completed within a few minutes, as estimated on the verification page. Preparing the photo-ID capture itself takes about two minutes. These are different from a guaranteed approval time.

Tax-form review is a separate step. TrekGuider emails the result; the page does not promise a fixed turnaround. Wait for that result instead of submitting the same form again.

If the status seems inconsistent

Return to the account page and read the most recent message. If one part says an ID was accepted while another step remains, follow the outstanding request rather than repeating the ID check.

Contact support if the account gives conflicting instructions or you cannot identify the next action. Quote the messages and say which step you finished. Do not send your verification documents in the request.
