Check whether you can sell from your country
On this page
TrekGuider accepts applications from individual creators aged 18 or older where Stripe Connect can open a seller account for our platform. US sanctions restrictions and the Marketplace Terms also apply. Selecting a country in a form does not by itself confirm that seller setup and payouts are available.
Country reference
For a US-based platform, Stripe currently documents standard cross-border payout coverage in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and European Economic Area (EEA). The EEA includes the EU countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. This does not mean all of Europe or all of the Americas.
Stripe lists additional countries for connected-account creation, but some depend on a separately available payout arrangement or approval. A country being on that broader list does not confirm that TrekGuider can pay out there. Brazil is not on the connected-account list checked for our current setup. Check with support before preparing a shop if your country is outside the standard regions above.
This reference was checked on October 20, 2026. See Stripe's account availability and cross-border payout availability for the provider's current rules. Your TrekGuider setup still needs to confirm eligibility for your actual account.
Check before preparing your shop
- Read the current Marketplace Terms, including access restrictions.
- Open Account Verification and enter your actual residential country and requested personal details.
- Continue through the payout setup offered for that country.
- Read the result and complete any additional request before assuming withdrawals are enabled.
The country used for payout and verification records is different from the country you display on a creator profile. Changing the public profile does not change payout eligibility.
Bank accounts and cards vary by country
A supported seller country does not mean every bank, debit card, currency, or payout speed is available. Your setup form can request a routing number, sort code, IBAN, or other local bank details. A debit-card option appears only when it is available for the account.
Use an account that receives the settlement currency named in the form. An existing payout account may already have its country and currency fixed. Contact support if you have moved and the account no longer reflects your circumstances.
If setup is unavailable
Read the explanation before trying again. Do not select another country or use another person's details to get around it. Ask support about the exact notice and your actual country. Leave identity documents and bank numbers out of the message.
Buyer payment availability is a separate question. See buying from another country, seller verification, and payout setup.
