Buy a product from another country
On this page
Buyers can use TrekGuider from any country where US sanctions restrictions permit access and transactions. You do not need a seller payout account to buy a digital product. A creator's payout-country requirements and your ability to pay are separate. Your purchase still needs to meet the current Marketplace Terms and the requirements of the payment method you use.
Check your purchase options
Open the product and continue to checkout. Enter your own name and an email address you can access, then review the payment choices offered for that order.
Those choices can differ by country, device, payment account, and purchase type. A method shown for a one-time product may not be available for a recurring subscription. The checkout options are the ones you can use for that purchase.
Do not treat a seller-country list or a country dropdown elsewhere on the site as a list of accepted buyer payment methods.
Review the currency and confirmation
TrekGuider checkout uses US dollars (USD). Your bank or wallet can convert the charge into your account currency and apply its own costs. Check that conversion with your payment provider if you need to know the local amount before paying.
Complete any bank or wallet confirmation, then wait for the result. A bank notification alone does not prove that the product order is complete. Check the order in My Purchases before starting another payment.
If your usual method is missing or declined
Use another available method if appropriate, or ask your payment provider about the decline. Do not enter a false country or someone else's billing details.
For a repeated checkout problem, contact support with the product, country, method type, and displayed message. Do not send full payment details.
Read how to buy, payment methods and currencies, or payment confirmation help.
