Delta One refresh starts at LAX before global rollout in 2027

Delta will introduce refreshed Delta One dining, service and amenities on transoceanic flights departing Los Angeles this fall. The airline plans to expand the changes across its global network in early 2027.

The revised menu includes a Wagyu beef burger, sea bass and a Champagne sorbet pairing. New tableware and changes to meal service are also part of the refresh.

Meal preselection now closes 18 hours before departure, six hours later than before. Expanded choices include gluten-free meals and lighter options.

The amenities refresh includes Winter Elsewhere kits and a new Missoni Mini pillow for transoceanic Delta One flights.

For travelers who want more sleep, Delta says long-haul passengers can skip the morning meal service and choose coffee and a croissant before landing instead.
