Get back on track after a session expires or a page stops loading

If a page stops responding, start with the message shown. It often tells you whether to sign in again, check your connection, or wait before trying the action once more.

Before refreshing, copy any unfinished text somewhere safe if you can. Do not assume every form has saved it.

Your session has expired

A session message may ask you to refresh or sign in again. Sign in to the same TrekGuider account, reopen the page, and check the current state before continuing.

If you changed accounts or signed out in another tab, that can affect the page you left open. Refresh that tab after signing in. If you cannot access the account, use Password recovery.

Your connection was interrupted

Check that your device is online and that another page loads. Once the connection is stable, refresh TrekGuider and return to the task.

For a payment, top-up, or withdrawal, check your purchases or balance first. A missing confirmation does not prove that the action failed. If the result is unclear, ask support before submitting it again.

The page asks you to wait

If another tab is still working, let it finish. If a message gives a waiting period, follow it before retrying. Repeatedly selecting the same button can make it harder to tell which action completed.

A page is unavailable

For a missing page, return to the relevant product list, your purchases, or the Help Center and open the item again. A temporary service message may require trying later.

If the problem continues, contact support. Include the page, the exact message, your device and browser, and the approximate time. Keep passwords and sign-in codes out of the request.
