How long payments, payouts, and verification take

First check what is pending. A successful purchase, funds becoming withdrawable, and money arriving in your bank are different events.

Step What to expect
Purchase or top-up payment Wait for the confirmation from TrekGuider after completing any bank or wallet prompt. Some methods remain pending while confirmation finishes.
Ordinary sales-earnings hold Normally 10 days before earnings become available, subject to account requirements and any other hold.
Standard Payout Estimated 2 to 4 business days after the payout is sent.
Express Payout Estimated within minutes for an eligible destination, where offered.
Initial seller-information review Usually a few minutes, according to the verification page.
Photo-ID and selfie capture About two minutes to complete the capture. Review is usually within minutes but can take longer.
Tax-form review A separate review with an email result. No fixed completion time is promised on the form.

A business-day estimate is different from a count of calendar days. It is also separate from the sales hold before funds become withdrawable. Disputes and account restrictions can keep affected funds unavailable until resolved.

If payment is still pending

Check the existing order or top-up result before submitting another payment. Product access starts after payment is confirmed. A bank authorization, pending charge, or closed payment window alone is not confirmation.

If a review is still pending

Read the account message. A request for another document needs action; a review-in-progress message needs a result. Submitting the same form or ID again does not speed up the review.

For an estimate that has passed or conflicting messages, contact support with the order or withdrawal reference and the exact status. Keep payment details, tax identifiers, identity images, and authentication codes out of the message.
