Manage your cookie preferences

You can choose whether TrekGuider uses optional analytics and marketing cookies. Essential cookies stay on because they support the site's basic functions.
Make your choice
When the cookie banner appears, select Manage Cookies to open Cookie Preferences.
The window has three categories:
- Essential Cookies keep the site working and cannot be turned off here.
- Analytics Cookies help us understand how people use the site and what needs improvement.
- Marketing Cookies support ads and content matched to your interests.
Turn the optional categories on or off, then select Save Preferences. To keep only essential cookies, leave both optional switches off and save.
The banner's OK button accepts the optional categories. Use Manage Cookies when you want to choose them individually.
Change your choice later
- Open Cookie Policy from the site footer.
- Select Manage Cookie Preferences on that page.
- Review the switches and make your changes.
- Select Save Preferences.
Your choice applies in the browser where you make it. You may need to choose again in a different browser, on another device, or after clearing browser data.
If the window says your choice changed in another tab, review the updated switches before saving. That keeps the choice you make here consistent with the one currently shown.
Cookies and email preferences
Cookie choices are separate from the emails you receive. To change those, read Choose which emails you receive.
If the controls do not open or your choice will not save, contact support and tell us which browser you are using.
