Sign in to your account and sign out

Sign in with the email address and password for the TrekGuider account you want to use. If you originally used a connected account, use that same sign-in option or manage your connected sign-in.

Sign in with email and password

1. Choose Join / Sign In and open Sign in.
2. Enter your Email address and Password.
3. Select Sign in and complete any additional check displayed.
4. If asked for an Authentication code, use your authenticator and select Verify & sign in. Choose Use backup code if you need an unused recovery code instead.
5. Check your account name and My Purchases before continuing.

If a purchase is missing, make sure you signed in to the account used at checkout. Signing in with a different email does not move purchases between accounts.

Sign out or switch accounts

Open your account menu and choose Sign out. On a phone, open the account navigation to find it. To switch accounts, sign out first, then sign in with the other account's details.

Finish or save work before switching. If you leave a payment confirmation open, check that payment's result before starting another purchase. Sign out when you finish on a shared device.

If you cannot sign in

Read the message and check your email and password before another attempt. Use password reset if you have forgotten the password. A reset does not remove two-factor authentication.

Use an unused backup code if your authenticator is unavailable. If you have lost those options too, send an account recovery request. Do not share passwords or authentication codes in the request.
