Get started with TrekGuider

TrekGuider brings digital products and the people who make them together. You can browse for something useful, keep your purchases in one place, or start sharing your own work.

One account can be used for both buying and selling. You do not need to create a second account when you are ready to become a creator.

If you are here to buy

Browse the product catalog and open a listing to see what is included. Check the description, file details, price, and refund terms before you pay.

After a completed purchase, open My Purchases to find your order and available downloads. Use the same account and email address associated with the purchase. If an order is missing, check the address on your receipt before buying the product again.

If you are here to sell

Create an account and choose I want to sell my products, or use the creator options available in your existing account. Confirm your email, prepare your creator page, and start creating your product listing.

Seller verification and payout setup are separate from confirming an email address. Follow the requests shown in your account so you know what is still needed before you can withdraw eligible earnings.

Keep track of your account

Account Settings is where you update your profile, manage account access, and choose optional emails. Keep your email address current so you can receive receipts and account notices.

When you need a hand, use Help Center. For a purchase problem, include the product name and order reference if you have one.
