Claim an existing creator page

If the creator directory already has a page for your work, you can claim that page instead of starting from scratch. Claim only a page that represents you or a creator you are authorized to manage.

Start with your account

1. Open the creator page and select Claim this page.
2. Sign in or create your TrekGuider account in the window that opens.
3. Confirm your email if asked. Open the confirmation message, then return to the claim window.

The claim window shows two steps: Your account and Your channel. If the confirmation email does not arrive, check your spam folder or use Resend email when it becomes available. Use Change email if the address is incorrect.

Confirm the listed channel is yours

The next step shows a temporary code and the accounts that can be checked.

1. Copy the code.
2. Follow the instructions for one of the listed accounts. They tell you where to place the code, such as a channel description or public bio.
3. Save the change on that account.
4. Return to TrekGuider and select Check now.

Use an account listed in the claim window. When verification succeeds, you are taken to your page. You can then remove the temporary code from your channel.

If the check cannot finish

If no listed account can be checked, or the result asks you to contact us, choose Contact support in the claim window. Explain which page you are claiming and share evidence that connects you to it. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

A page that has already been claimed may need help from our team. Follow the message shown rather than creating duplicate claims.
