Track your referral rewards

Use Referral Program to follow the people you invited and the rewards connected to their activity. A registered user, an approved reward and money ready to withdraw are three different things.

Find the referral and reward

  1. Open Referral Program.
  2. Review Referred Users, Discount Codes, Free Products, and Referral Income.
  3. Open Referrals and find the person you invited.
  4. Check whether the entry is a Buyer or Seller and read its reward information.

The table can show registration, a first purchase, a pending reward, a commission, or a free-product code. Select a sortable column heading if you need to change the order of the list.

Understand the waiting periods

Pending means the reward is not ready to use. A remaining-days indicator may appear beside it. A buyer referral's reward code has a 30-day review period after the first qualifying purchase. Seller commission rewards have a 60-day review period before approval.

Approved means the reward passed its approval step. It does not mean every reward has become withdrawable cash. An approved seller commission can still have a balance hold. Check the balance's available amount and release information before requesting a withdrawal.

Rejected means the reward was not approved. Refunds or payment disputes can affect referral rewards, including reducing income already recorded. Contact support if you need help with a particular result.

Find and use a code

Referral promo codes are personal to the account receiving them. Check the TrekGuider promo-code email for your 15% code, then sign in to that account before applying it at checkout. Check spam and your email preferences if the message is missing; contact support if the reward was approved but you cannot find its code.

A free-product code can appear in the referral table with a copy control. The progress section counts approved buyer purchase rewards, with one free-product reward for every 10. Pending rewards do not count yet. Awaiting reward approval and Awaiting free product issuance explain different reasons a milestone is not available.

Follow a withdrawal

Open the Payouts tab to see withdrawal records and their current status. Use the available withdrawal action only after the earnings and account requirements allow it. Added spending funds are not withdrawable referral earnings.

Read the full buyer referral terms, seller referral terms, or withdrawal steps for the next task.
