Follow a refund request or ask support to review it

Your refund request stays with the product in My Purchases, under Orders. Check that entry for the latest status and any decision note.

Understand the status

  • Refund Requested means the request is waiting for review. The entry may show the remaining review time.
  • Under Review means it is awaiting a further review.
  • Approved (Processing) or Refund Initiated means approval or processing has started. It does not confirm that the money is already visible in your payment account.
  • Refunded shows a completed refund result. Check the amount displayed beside it.
  • Refund Failed needs attention. Contact support about the existing request instead of starting another one.

Read any note alongside the status. It may explain the decision more clearly than the status label alone.

Withdraw a pending request

If the issue has been resolved and Cancel request is still available, select it. Read the confirmation and choose Yes, Cancel Request to withdraw the request.

A later request still has to meet the purchase's refund terms. Canceling does not extend the original refund window.

Disagree with a rejection

For an eligible seller rejection, select Disagree? Contact Support and confirm Yes, Contact Support. This asks for an independent review of the existing request. It does not guarantee a different result.

If the page instead offers Contact Support, use that link and include the order reference, product, and the decision you want checked. You cannot simply submit another request to replace a rejected one.
