Find a creator and contact them

The Creators directory helps you find people whose work fits your trip or interests. A creator page can include products, Travel Insights, social links, and contact details.

Find the right creator

1. Open Creators and use Search creators for a name or topic.
2. Narrow the results by the available category, language, country, or platform filters.
3. Choose Open for Collaboration if you are looking for a creator who has enabled that preference.
4. Select Apply, then open a creator's page.

Use Clear Filters if the results are too narrow. Country and language filters describe profiles; they do not establish payment eligibility or a creator's availability for your dates.

Read the profile and included products before contacting someone. A directory entry can exist before its owner has claimed the page, so do not assume every listed person is already an active TrekGuider seller.

Use available contact details

Choose Contact Creator when the page offers it. Sign in if asked, complete any displayed check, and select Show Contacts. Use the email address or other contact method the creator has shared.

Contact information may be unavailable, or a creator may turn contact availability off. Follow the message rather than trying another account to reveal it. A collaboration preference does not guarantee a response.

For help with a purchase

Contact details let you reach the creator outside the directory. They do not open a TrekGuider support conversation or submit a refund request. For an order, payment, or access problem, use the actions on My Purchases or contact support. To keep track of a creator instead, follow their page.
