Referral Program Policy

1. Program Overview

1.1. This Referral Program Policy ("Policy") governs your participation in the TrekGuider Inc. ("Marketplace," "we," "us") Referral Program ("Program"). This Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and is legally binding. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.

1.2. The Program is designed to reward our users ("Referrers") for inviting new users ("Referrals") to the Marketplace. The Program utilizes a unified referral link for each Referrer, which automatically applies different bonuses depending on whether the Referral registers as a Buyer or a Seller.

2. Participation and Eligibility

2.1. Any registered user of the Marketplace can be a Referrer, subject to the restrictions outlined in our Terms and Conditions (e.g., prohibitions on users from sanctioned regions).

2.2. To participate, a Referrer must share their unique referral link, which is available in the "Referral Program" section of their account dashboard.

2.3. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to refer oneself or engaging in any other fraudulent activity to abuse the Program will result in immediate disqualification from the Program, forfeiture of all earned bonuses, and potential account termination. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity.

3. Bonuses for Referring a New Buyer

3.1. Bonus for the Referred Buyer: A new user who registers as a Buyer using a valid referral link will automatically receive a one-time promotional code for a 15% discount on their first purchase of a digital product. The maximum discount value is capped at $50.00 USD. This discount does not apply to services, tours, or subscriptions.

3.2. Bonuses for the Referrer: For each "Successful Buyer Referral," the Referrer will receive the following bonuses:

·    Discount Promo Code: A one-time promotional code for a 15% discount (up to $50.00 USD) on their next purchase.

·    Free Product Reward: For every ten (10) Successful Buyer Referrals, the Referrer will receive a promotional code to redeem one free digital product from the Marketplace catalog (up to $50.00 USD value) or one free digital product from a seller (up to $25.00 USD value).

3.3. Definition of a Successful Buyer Referral: A referral is deemed successful when a new user registers through the referral link and completes their first qualifying purchase within seven (7) days of registration.

4. Bonuses for Referring a New Seller

4.1. Bonus for the Referred Seller: A new user who registers as a Seller using a valid referral link will receive the following enhanced starting conditions:

·    Reduced Commission: A promotional commission rate of 4% on all sales for the first thirty (30) days after registration.

·    Enhanced Storage: A storage limit equivalent to our Level 3 sellers (currently 3 GB) for the first thirty (30) days.

·    Permanent Bonus Condition: If the Referred Seller achieves a total sales volume of $300.00 USD or more within their first thirty (30) days, they will permanently retain the 4% commission rate and the Level 3 storage limit. If this condition is not met, the Seller will automatically transition to the standard Level 3 terms (currently 5% commission and 3 GB storage) at the end of the 30-day period.

4.2. Bonuses for the Referrer (Commission Share): The Referrer will earn a share of the platform's commission from the Referred Seller's total income (including product sales, donations, etc.) as follows:

·    First 30 Days: The Referrer receives 1% of the Referred Seller's total income. This amount is calculated from and deducted out of the Marketplace's standard commission.

·    Next 11 Months: The Referrer receives 0.5% of the Referred Seller's total income for the subsequent eleven (11) months. This amount is also calculated from and deducted out of the Marketplace's standard commission.
* The commission share is calculated on the gross revenue of the seller before any deductions. Payouts of these earnings are subject to the terms in Section 5.

5. Payouts and Verification

5.1. Referral Balance: All monetary bonuses earned through the Program will be credited to the Referrer's user balance on the Marketplace.

5.2. Withdrawal and Verification: Users may request to withdraw funds from their balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

·    The minimum withdrawal amount is $50.00 USD.

·    All users (both Buyers and Sellers) must complete a mandatory identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. This includes providing a Social Security Number (SSN) for U.S. persons or a valid government-issued ID for non-U.S. persons.

·    Upon reaching a cumulative income (from referrals or sales) of $100.00 USD, further withdrawals will require enhanced identity verification through Stripe (which may include providing an ID document and a selfie).

·    Payouts will be suspended until the required verification is successfully completed.

5.3. Fees: All withdrawals are subject to standard payment processor fees, which will be deducted from the withdrawn amount. These fees are disclosed at the time of withdrawal.

6. Program Management and Modification

6.1. TrekGuider Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

6.2. We reserve the right to disqualify any user from participation if they violate this Policy or the Marketplace's Terms and Conditions. All decisions regarding the Program, including the interpretation of this Policy and the resolution of any disputes, are at the sole discretion of TrekGuider Inc. and are final.
