Royal Jordanian began nonstop service between Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Queen Alia International Airport in Amman on May 10, the airline's third U.S. gateway and the only direct link between Texas and Jordan.

The route operates four times weekly with the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. Westbound flying time runs about 14 hours 45 minutes, with eastbound returns near 12 hours 30 minutes. The aircraft offers business class with lie-flat seats, premium economy, and economy cabins.

Royal Jordanian had been working toward a third U.S. city for several years, after building its New York JFK and Chicago O'Hare routes. Dallas-Fort Worth was selected for its strong oneworld alliance hub status, supporting connections from American Airlines flights across the U.S. South and Midwest.

Connecting traffic through Amman gives Dallas passengers access to a network including Cairo, Beirut, Tel Aviv, Riyadh, and several Iraqi cities. Tourism boards in Jordan are tying the launch to promotional packages for Petra, Wadi Rum, and Dead Sea resorts.

Launch fares were available from $1,250 round-trip in economy and around $5,400 in business. Royal Jordanian plans to assess demand through summer 2026 before considering a possible move to daily service.
